How long does it take to be called for an interview?
Due to volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be notified.If you are not called for an interview your profile will be kept in view for future recruitment.
Where will the interview be held?
1st interview will be online and 2nd interview will be physically at one of the VBest centres near to you.
What should I prepare for the interview?
- Smart casual attire
- Mock teaching : Please prepare and teach a 30 minutes lesson of the subject/sub-topic you are most confident with.
- Teaching materials for e.g. notes, demo and experiments (do not use powerpoint slides)
- SPM slip and Diploma/Degree certs will be an added advantage.
May i have more details about the mock teaching?
- Prepare and teach 30 minutes of a sub-topic of any subject matter that you are most confident with.
- You will be teaching to 2 interviewers from the talent team and/or 2 students.
- Additional teaching material can be used
Do I need to print out my resume and documents?
Please bring along hardcopy of your resume. You are required to photocopy your results and certifications. Black and white will do.

Where will I be placed to work or teach?
You will be assigned to work or teach in one or more VBest Centres throughout Klang Valley and Malaysia.
Will there be any training?
Individuals who are effective and able to adapt to our culture will be given further on-the-job field training & direct mentoring from the Centre Managers and Vice-Principals.
